To make Sam happy...... Heeeeere's Lindsay!

[Yes, I did steal the second part of the title from The Shining. I actually haven't seen it before. I want to though. Maybe. Rant over ;)]

So, yeah! I'm Lindsay. I'm currently a freshman. [at least for the next 2 months....]

I really, really, love to listen to music. My favorite genres are Alternative, Rock, and a little bit of Pop. Here are just a few of the bands/singers I like: Green Day, The All-American Rejects, Coldplay, Journey, Linkin Park, Bon Jovi, Lady Gaga, Good Charlotte, Florence + The Machine, The Fray, Daughtry, Evanescence, Maroon 5, U2,  30 Seconds to Mars, Train, Skillet, Neon Trees, Muse, My Chemical Romance, The Script, Shinedown, Paramore, OneRepublic, Owl City, Michael Bublé, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Billy Joel, Adele, Christina Perri, and surprisingly, much more! But I won't torture you and list the rest; you'd be slamming your head against your keyboard if I did. :3

 I love to read as much as I love to listen to music. Some of the books/series that I'm a huge fan of are the Gone Novels by Michael Grant, Matched by Ally Condie, the Life As We Knew It novels by Susan Beth Pfeffer, the Wicked series by Nancy Holder and Debbie Viguié, The Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins, the Cirque Du Freak series and the  Demonata series by Darren Shan, The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod by Heather Brewer, The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, and  the Fallen series by Lauren Kate. There is a lot more to add to this list, but I'll be nice and save you the same fate as I mentioned above.

And now for some smaller-ish interests. [I know what your thinking: "Shut up already!" But, this is my introduction so, be patient. :P]

I am very interested about the sinking of the Titanic and the 1920's-30's. Also, my favorite musical is The Phantom of the Opera. Speaking of musicals....[*warning*, small but random rant about to begin].....I have a wall that is full of playbills of musicals I have seen! ^^ They include Billy Elliot, Rock of Ages, American Idiot, Wicked, The Addams Family, and more! [rant over]

So, to [finally!] end this introduction, I would like to say that I am a bit of a writer. I would love to say that I have written the same amount of amazing works that Sam and Hannah have written, but sadly I cannot. Currently, my one and only story that I am writing is "When September Ends...". So far, I have only written the prologue, even though I started the novel back in January. The cause of this: Writter's Block. [Dun...Dun...DUN!!!] So, if anyone has stayed long enough to read this whole thing has any ideas of what I could write for the first chapter [and yes, I do have ideas of my own for the story], please send me a private message or something!
